Culinary Camp 2025
Campers experience a hands on culinary exploration with their peers and are lead by an experienced credentialed culinary instructor. The camp offers various cooking experiences each day.
The camp will cover fundamentals such as: basic knife skills, how to read and follow a recipe, measuring, mixing and the importance of kitchen safety. Classes are three hours in length so campers can make a main course, a side dish, and dessert and then sample their creations. Themes this year include: Breakfast for Dinner, Protein Power, Let’s do Dough, Friday Night Dinner, Have a BBQ!
Campers will making meals that include both savory and sweet items and will take home a packet of the recipes to share with their family.
